Standard shipping rates apply for both domestic and international orders. 

PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO info@zindagiapparel.com FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WITH THE COLLECTION NAME, RIM STYLE & COLOR COMBINATION. 

Zindagi delivers domestically via USPS and internationally via DHL Express. New domestic orders are processed within 2 working days. New international orders are processed within 3-5 business days depending on the location. 

  • During seasonal sales, orders might be a little delayed due to an excessive amount of orders being filled out. We will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Zindagi. All shipments include an official invoice with the exact declared value of each product in the respective currency.

  • Sale and discounted items reflect discounted prices. The MSRP will be publicly displayed on the package’s insert for tax purposes on all orders. Once orders are sent the cancellation or change of delivery address will no longer be possible, please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out. This applies to international orders that are received through email as well. 

  • You may ask for the return or exchange within 14 days of (or someone on your behalf, other than a carrier) receiving the product(s). Returns are only valid for non-damaged, un-used and un-worn hats only. All hats must be securely wrapped before being returned. NO REFUNDS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

  • If you would like to request the refund of the product(s) returned, the credit will be issued after the product(s) has been returned to us and only after the quality of the returned product has been verified.

    • The refund procedure will take approximately 10 days from the arrival of the product(s) at our location. 

    • Orders paid by credit card(s) will be refunded to the original card(s) used during the checkout process. The refunded amount processing time may be impacted depending on your bank and/or credit provider, it may take up to 30 business days. 

    • Bank transfer refunds will be processed back to the original account after you have sent us your bank coordinates.
